We went out to have dinner at Luma on Park. The babysitter (thank you Brittany) came and we had our much-awaited date night. We visit Luma once every 2-3 months. We like the food and the atmosphere and it’s close by where we live. Luma is in Winter Park on Park Avenue, a very prime location and very busy on weekends. They also have prix fixed menu for Sunday, which is a pretty good deal at $35/person for a 3-course dinner.
We had the Ceviche to start and I took the picture after we already started eating (oops!), it was really good but a little on the small size.
I had the Gnocchi appetizer as my main dish and Zaid ordered the Skirt steak with an extra side of Polenta. Mine as the picture shows was a little small but very delicious. I ate about 1/3 of Zaid’s steak with the potatoes and about 3/4 of the Polenta because I liked it and he didn’t.
Overall, the meal was very good and we had a good time, a little rushed but a nice place and we’ll definitely be back in a couple of months.
